Data Deletion
You can ask Stayee to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. We honor deletion requests in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
How to request deletion
- In the app: if you signed in with Facebook and remove Stayee from your Facebook settings, Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete your linked data.
- By email: send a request from your account email to privacy@stayee.ph with the subject "Delete my data."
What gets deleted
We delete your profile, listings, booking history, reviews, and uploaded media. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention records), and these are removed once the legal retention period ends. Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
